Can you provide a shuttle service?

 

Our exclusive tuk-tuk driver will pick you up at the hotel (fee $4).

When making a reservation, please provide the hotel name and phone number.

Do you have makeup remover?

 

Yes, we do. After the photo shoot, we are also happy to touch up your makeup if you wish.

How do I get the photos I take?

 

The photos will be converted into digital format and sent to you by email within 3 days to 1 week.

If you would like to receive the photo as a print, please use the optional developing service.

Can I choose the photos I take?

 

You can choose it yourself or leave it to our photographer.

 

Can I take photos with my own camera or mobile phone?

 

Photography is permitted.

Our staff will be happy to assist you, so please feel free to ask.

Can I use a credit card?

 

You can use a credit card to pay at our store.
(VISA / Master Card / JCB / DISCOVER / UnionPay)

I have not received the reservation confirmation email or photo data.

If the reservation confirmation email or other emails from our company do not reach your registered email address, the following causes may be considered.

(1) The email address may have been registered incorrectly.
⇒ When sending via the website, please check your email address again. Also, for photo data, please contact our email address.

(2) Due to spam prevention settings, emails from our company may be treated as spam.
⇒ Please set our email address (apsarastyle.one@gmail.com) to be allowed to receive emails.
