We have compiled here some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers.

Can you provide a shuttle service?

Our exclusive tuk-tuk driver will pick you up at the hotel (fee $4).

When making a reservation, please provide the hotel name and phone number.

Do you have makeup remover?

Yes, we do. After the photo shoot, we are also happy to touch up your makeup if you wish.

How do I get the photos I take?

The photos will be converted into digital format and sent to you by email within 3 days to 1 week.

If you would like to receive the photo as a print, please use the optional developing service.

Can I choose the photos I take?

You can choose it yourself or leave it to our photographer.

Can I take photos with my own camera or mobile phone?

Photography is permitted.

Our staff will be happy to assist you, so please feel free to ask.

Can I use a credit card?

You can use a credit card to pay at our store.
(VISA / Master Card / JCB / DISCOVER / UnionPay)

ご予約確認メールや写真データが届きません。

 

ご予約確認メールや、その他弊社からのメールがご登録のメールアドレスへ届かない 場合、下記の原因が考えられます。 

 

（1）メールアドレスが誤って登録されている。
⇒HPより送信の際は、再度メールアドレスご確認されてください。また、写真データの場合は、弊社のメールアドレスにお問い合わせ下さい。

（2）迷惑メール防止機能によって、弊社からのメールが迷惑メールとして処理されている。
⇒弊社のメールアドレス（apsarastyle.one@gmail.com）を受信許可にご設定いただきますようお願い致します。
